Another item I have been thinking about to learn from or survive in the current financial situation we find ourselves in recently is to try and develop some additional sources of residual income. For example, write a book once that you can sell over and over, or do what I do, become an insurance agent who is paid on renewals as well as new business, or find some sort of work that you love to do and then think about how you can develop a system to get paid many times for doing the work once... what do you think?
